YOUR TASKS:

Conducting payroll for a defined group of employees, as well as associated followup tasks, taking into account legal, operational and collective bargaining regulations
Maintenance of all employee master data in the SAP payroll system and electronic personnel file
Processing of employees' time accounts (clockin and clockout times)
Point of contact for employees and managers for all payrollrelated questions, as well as for authorities and health insurance companies for all specialist inquiries
Handling of certification and reporting obligations
Preparation of reports, evaluations and statistics

WE EXPECT:

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a certified HR specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in payroll and administrative HR work
Indepth, uptodate knowledge of labor, income tax and social security law
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
Teamwork, resilience and reliability
High level of commitment and a selfsufficient and structured way of working
Passion for operational HR work
