The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the Alterations department and ensuring superior customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, responsibilities include:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee must have the ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb stairs, stoop, bend, twist, and lift/move up to 10 pounds. Manual dexterity is required for various tasks including POS system operation, garment steaming, and sewing. Visual acuity and computer usage are also essential.
High school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1-2 years of retail experience preferred. Sewing experience and familiarity with POS systems are advantageous.
