We are currently seeking a Supply Planner (M/F/d) for our Hamburg headquarters in Swisher, IA.

As a member of the Supplier Order Management team within the Planning & Order Management business unit, you will be responsible for all procurement-related tasks on a daily basis.

This includes independently procuring a wide range of products from our suppliers in the categories of Liquor, Tobacco, and Confectionery to ensure optimal availability of goods.

You will also work on expanding our supplier collaborations and regularly evaluate supply chain KPIs to implement necessary measures. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory quality and identifying opportunities for optimization. As a technical expert, you will collaborate with other departments such as Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Category Management.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in projects aimed at improving procurement processes in our global supply chain.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in business with a focus on supply chain/logistics or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant qualifications.

You should also have 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in international trade. Proficiency in using an enterprise resource planning system, such as SAP, and MS Office, particularly Excel, is required. Fluency in English and good German language skills, both written and spoken, are also necessary. A strong understanding of supply chain relationships and procurement and scheduling methods is essential.
