Your role:

  • As a member of the Argenta, MT team, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and planning product launches and commercial activities.
  • This includes gathering input from sales teams in key markets to ensure that all marketing plans are tailored to our target customers.
  • You will work closely with Product Managers to create and develop concepts for each product launch and commercial activity.
  • By collecting customer insights, you will help determine the benefits and unique selling points of our products, as well as reasons for customers to buy.
  • As the owner of the marketing plan and budget, you will develop a comprehensive strategy that includes product launches and commercial interventions, and manage the budget for assigned projects.
  • You will also have a lateral team responsibility, working collaboratively with other departments.

Your profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and/or engineering with a focus on Marketing, or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Ideally, you have 35 years of experience in a marketing role, with some previous leadership experience.
  • You possess strong leadership skills, a sense of ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You have the ability to envision and inspire, and are passionate about people management and development, with strong coaching skills.
  • You are able to delegate and empower others, and have a high level of crossfunctional collaboration, as well as strong problemsolving and creativity.
  • You are a team player with exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
