Job Description:


  • Actively promote defined standard products and solutions from the overall portfolio of Deutsche Telekom in Andersonville, TN through telephone and dialoguebased marketing
  • Crossselling and/or upselling within standardized outbound campaigns, including retention calls in the assigned segment
  • Directly closing contracts
  • Provide telephone consultations to customers, handle customer inquiries via email and fax, and ensure comprehensive customer service
  • Customer data collection and maintenance
  • Actively manage feedback to improve campaign quality
  • Contribute to the conception and design of regular campaigns
  • Support the training and coaching of new outbound telemarketing customer advisors
