Description
To support the secretariat of the management/ executive board
at our location in Frankfurt, we are looking for a
management assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.**
Your responsibilities:
- Efficient handling, monitoring, coordination and execution of all secretarial tasks
- Coordination of appointments, including independent preparation and followup
- Organization of business trips, responsibility for travel planning/ reimbursement
- Preparation of protocols, reports and tables (partly independently, by dictation, keywords or templates)
- Independent preparation and compilation of meeting and conference documents
- Representation function in the assistant area
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of secretariat, assistance or a comparable position, ideally at an (advertising/ media) agency or a time advertising marketer
- Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Friendly demeanor, also when dealing with clients and clients
- Discretion
- High flexibility and ability to work quickly, accurately and independently under time pressure; quick comprehension and a confident sense of priorities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
