Your tasks include:
- Calculation of offers and creation of customer quotes (in coordination) for production and service orders
- Input of customer orders. Checking conditions and documents
- Customer service and order processing in the ERP system
- Order confirmation for framework orders and calloff dates
- Maintenance of order and customer master data, including customer sales prices
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships (answering and forwarding customer inquiries)
- Exchange with other internal departments, interface function
- Close coordination and scheduling between production and materials, as well as customer delivery dates
