Employee Order Management/Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Calculation of offers and creation of customer quotes (in coordination) for production and service orders
• Input of customer orders. Checking conditions and documents
• Customer service and order processing in the ERP system
• Order confirmation for framework orders and calloff dates
• Maintenance of order and customer master data, including customer sales prices
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships (answering and forwarding customer inquiries)
• Exchange with other internal departments, interface function
• Close coordination and scheduling between production and materials, as well as customer delivery dates
