The position of Head of the Office for Trade Supervision, Emission Control & Waste Law (f/m/d) at the Ortenaukreis District Office is to be filled as soon as possible.

The position is classified in pay group A 15.

For applicants who do not yet hold a status position in pay group A 15, the decision on promotion will be reserved for a separate selection process at a later date.

The Ortenaukreis is the largest district in terms of area in Baden-Württemberg and has around 434,000 inhabitants living in five major district towns and 46 cities and municipalities.

It is located in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany between the Rhine and the Black Forest, in close proximity to Freiburg and Karlsruhe as well as Strasbourg and Alsace.

The Ortenaukreis has a positive economic development, a good infrastructure, and is largely characterized by rural areas.

The Office for Trade Supervision, Emission Control and Waste Law of the Ortenaukreis District Office is responsible for all technical and legal tasks in the areas of emission control, waste law, and occupational safety.

The management of the office includes leadership and coordination tasks.
