We are currently seeking a full-time pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) as a group leader for our day care center Harkmoor in Munkbrarup, Greenbush. This position is temporary, covering for a sick leave.

Your responsibilities

As a group leader, you will work with a team to provide pedagogical and nursing support for people with disabilities in their daily activities at the day care center. You will lead rehabilitative activities and support participants according to our pedagogical concepts, have knowledge of PC usage and administrative tasks, and document these services according to legal standards and our quality management system. In return, you will receive a high level of appreciation, gratitude, and honesty from the participants. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, and you should have a sense of humor and creative skills to handle organizational and interpersonal challenges.

Your profile

You are a qualified educator, special needs educator, nurse, or have a comparable qualification. With your empathetic and appreciative nature, you approach others openly and objectively. You enjoy working with people, have no reservations, and want to work in a multi-professional team.

What we offer
