EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) SYSTEM CONTROL/SERVICES


YOUR TASKS:

  • Recording and maintenance of customer master data
  • Management of customer conditions
  • Monitoring of background processes in the sales system
  • Troubleshooting for electronically received orders
  • Recording of orders, value invoices, credit notes, and inventory data
  • Maintenance of order inventory, conducting model cleanups
  • Maintenance of master data for electronic data exchange (EDI)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an industrial clerk (or relevant work experience)
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Good Excel user skills
  • MS Office user skills
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
