Be a management professional in the #teamaltona

We are looking for an interested and dedicated ward manager for our neurological and vascular surgery ward, in a well-established team.

Responsibilities:

Management of the ward teams and wardspecific resource and personnel planning
Organization and coordination of nursing care processes and interface management
Instruction and training of apprentices, auxiliary and assistant staff, etc.
Participation in ward rounds, work and project groups
Computercontrolled patient and care management

Requirements:

Completed training as a Health and Nursing Care Professional (m/f) and professional experience
Completed qualification as a ward manager
Motivation, initiative, creativity and futureoriented problemsolving skills
Ability to make decisions and enforce them, as well as team orientation and cooperation skills
Patient and serviceoriented understanding of nursing
Open
