Car Wash Manager


Our company is looking for an experienced Car Wash Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a car wash facility.

S/he should be responsible for managing a team of car wash technicians, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient facility.

The Car Wash Manager is also responsible for monitoring inventory, implementing safety procedures, and achieving business targets.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Train and supervise a team of car wash technicians.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to staff members, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions.
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Monitor equipment functionality and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Ensure that vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and according to established standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and the facility to maintain cleanliness and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement measures to achieve revenue targets.
