We are LeanERA, a small speedboat in turquoise waters among large, sluggish ocean tankers. Our crew has grown, and our 16 developers are now forming two newly established teams.

The team "Customer Engagement Solutions" is currently looking for a Product Owner to set sail and guide the team through sprints with a well-prioritized backlog and a clear product vision.


The Customer Engagement Solutions Team:

Collecting points and redeeming rewards - almost everyone is familiar with this principle from their daily shopping. In our Customer Engagement team, individual solutions are created to form unique products in the B2B sector. This involves driving the functional development of individual solutions, as well as implementing specific customer requirements within customer projects.

The team is interdisciplinary, working continuously on the following solutions:


  • Customer Loyalty Systems, managing customer cards, points, status levels, vouchers, coupons, etc.
  • Customer Engagement Systems, managing contests, lotteries, achievements, leaderboards, etc.
  • Customer Shop Systems, managing physical and voucher rewards, etc.
  • Customer Operations Systems, managing aftersales, maintenance appointments, etc.
  • Customer Apps, delighting our customers' customers.

Responsibilities:

  • You identify and develop requirements together with our customer/project managers, translating them into epics and user stories.
  • You structure, prioritize, and populate the backlog of the Customer Engagement Solutions team.
  • You plan and coordinate sprints, as well as continuously plan and improve the roadmap.
