In 2020, our subsidiary PAVIS Payments GmbH received authorization as a regulated payment institution from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and provides the required payment services for PAVIS GmbH's clients.


We are currently seeking a
Compliance Student Assistant (m/f/d) to join our
AML team (Anti-Money-Laundering) at our
remote location in Germany.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough research and checks on our clients in accordance with AML regulations, together with your team
  • Ensuring compliance with our internal policies and documenting any identified compliance risks
  • Regularly communicating identified compliance risks to your team and maintaining regular contact with colleagues
  • Independently managing our national and international clients in German and English via email and potentially phone
  • Identifying potential for improvement and actively contributing suggestions for improvement

Your qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled at a university, preferably with a focus on business or law
  • Previous experience through internships or student assistant positions
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a high level of internet affinity
