As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Claims Adjuster (m/f/d) for motor vehicles and property in full-time in Underwood, MN.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assessment of coverage and liability in the field of motor vehicles and property
  • Receiving and processing daily inquiries from policyholders and claimants (in writing or by phone)
  • Setting and adjusting damage reserves
  • Settlement of legitimate claims and defense against unjustified claims
  • Commissioning of additional service providers (e.g. appraisers)

Your profile:


  • Insurance law education (insurance clerk / specialist or commercial training with experience)
  • Relevant professional experience in claims adjustment / claims management
  • Good PC skills (MS Office, databases) and knowledge of English (written and spoken) is an advantage
  • Negotiation skills, teamwork and communication skills
