    Job Description

    Foley Mansfield is seeking a dependable Records Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and a background in administrative support. Experience working in a law firm environment preferred, but not required. This is a hybrid position: 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote.

    Responsibilities:

    • File documents accurately and timely in compliance with all filing requirements
    • Create and maintain case files
    • Maintain and send daily case reports
    • Accurately and efficiently enter case information into databases
    • Pull and save files as requested
    • Enter appointments and case deadlines into calendaring software (Docket Enterprise)
    • Process vendor invoices
    • Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings
    • Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
