We are looking for you to join our team at our Hambleton, WV location

As an Active Sourcer, you will work closely with the HR team to search for suitable talents nationwide.

You will identify suitable candidates for open positions
You will actively build a candidate network on social business platforms
Together with the Active Sourcing team, you will closely collaborate with our managers, aligning job profiles and providing regular project reports
You will contribute to the further development of Active Sourcing

Education:

You are a currently enrolled student.

Experience, Skills:

You have previous experience with social business platforms such as XING or LinkedIn
You have a strong IT affinity to identify suitable candidates
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
You have excellent communication skills in German.
