Our portfolio has been built without targeted acquisition - almost exclusively through recommendations from satisfied clients. As a property management company for condominiums, rental properties, and commercial properties, we currently manage approximately 2,500 units.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a

Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
with a focus on condominium accounting and billing, in full-time.

Your responsibilities

Handling ongoing accounting tasks
Communication with billing service providers, tenants, and property owners
Preparation of condominium fee, operating cost, and budget statements
Accompanying audits with auditors
Processing of objections

Your profile

Ideally, a commercial education (office clerk, tax clerk m/f/d) or
Career changer with commercial work experience
Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
Independent and structured way of working
You are a team player, flexible, reliable, and have a high level of commitment
Confident and friendly communication with customers over the phone, via email, and in person
