About the Position:


This is an opportunity to gain insight into the processes of complex automotive projects, specifically in the handling of warranty returns from goods receipt to root cause analysis and error correction, including documentation (8D reporting) for the customer.


Your Team:
The HW Analysis team is a department of the customer service division within the Harman Connected Car division.

The department is responsible for root cause analysis of infotainment and telematics system errors, specifically in the area of hardware analysis.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Creation of process descriptions and work instructions in consultation with responsible colleagues
  • Conceptualization of the filing structure for the entire Quality area in Europe (use of network drives for data storage, collaboration tools such as MSTeams/Sharepoint for document storage)
  • Documentation of quality processes and instructions in Harman Confluence
  • Support in manual function tests for warranty failures

What You Should Bring:

  • Technical degree (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering or similar)
  • Good knowledge of English
