We are urgently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team to manage recruitment and employee management for over 100 caregivers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


As a Personal Assistant at Home Instead, you play a crucial role in ensuring that all employees responsibly implement the Home Instead concept.

You will carry out measures to recruit new caregivers and take on the following tasks:


  • You are responsible for recruitment management
  • You conduct employee meetings
  • You support our trainees
  • You organize training and development opportunities
  • You contribute to the development of educational programs for caregivers
  • You assist with payroll processing

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed commercial training
- with further training as a Personal Assistant (m/f/d)
