JOB GOAL:
Perform maintenance and repairs that require a general knowledge of maintenance. Ensure clean, sanitary, healthy conditions throughout the facility and grounds. Work cooperatively with students, staff and community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Must pass a background clearance
- Must obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Electrical Experience preferred
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 260 Days; 12 Months
COMPENSATION:
$ $23.52

Executive Director of Operations and Construction
HOURS: 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday 6 a.m.
2:30 p.m.
CLASSIFICATION:
Hourly, Non-exempt
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Perform planned maintenance, and regular servicing on a variety of building systems and equipment which may include but is not limited to water heaters, plumbing fixtures, fire alarm, intercom, lighting and security systems
- Perform general repairs to facilities, including drywall, painting and furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Must document and maintain accurate records for maintenance and equipment repair.
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks, be self-motivated, and be responsible.
- Maintain familiarity with working from diagrams, blueprints, plans and specifications.
- Work independently both from written work orders and from verbal instructions to resolve system problems.
- Perform job set-ups including delivering materials to and the clean-up of completed projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The employee is frequently required to be able to lift up to 50 lbs., be able to exert lbs. of force frequently, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
