During the 3-year apprenticeship, you will go through various areas, including the following tasks as part of the training content: * Correspondence with clients, courts, and authorities * Scheduling, planning, and preparation of meetings * Support in the preparation and processing of contracts and other documents * Time tracking and invoicing * Mail processing, file management, and deadline monitoring

What you bring:

  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate (MSA), technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma
  • Good knowledge of the German language and spelling
  • Enjoyment of working with people and in a team
  • Willingness to learn, reliability, and careful work
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications is an advantage
