What you ideally bring with you:

  • You enjoy talking to people, are empathetic, and appreciate a varied workday.
  • You are reliable, have an eye for the essentials, and work independently.
  • You treat all people with respect and appreciate their diversity.
  • A completed training or previous knowledge is not required. If you have the right openness, we are happy to teach you the necessary skills.

What tasks can you expect from us?:

  • You accompany the residents holistically, promote their independence, and consciously involve them in the daily tasks in the living groups.
  • Support our residents with daily care, such as accompanying them to the bathroom or helping them dress and undress. After intensive training and guidance from us, you will soon be able to take on further activities
