What to expect


You will support our nationwide payroll team in agile and traditional projects and see yourself as a central point of contact for the further development of our payroll processes.

You will accompany and document project meetings and management topics and prepare them for upcoming or follow-up appointments.


As part of our organizational development, you will analyze and accompany change processes along the value chain, which help us to identify innovations and trends and respond accordingly.


You will also coordinate and create client information on legal and/or technical changes, as well as participate in our structured business development.

What you bring


Ideally, a completed bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field, alternatively a commercial apprenticeship or professional experience in the HR field.

Practical experience in payroll accounting or project management of HR processes.

Practical knowledge of common methods and project phases of payroll processes is desirable.

Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Excel, etc.) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, etc.).

Quick comprehension, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality.

Negotiation skills in German and English.
