For our branch in Magdeburg, we are looking for a Bachelor graduate to join our Trainee program starting on June 1st, 2023.


Your responsibilities:


In our Trainee program, you will be prepared - accompanied by experienced colleagues - for permanent tasks in the cash area of our branch.


As part of the management team, you will jointly coordinate and manage tasks in the cash and money processing areas.

You will also be responsible for the provision and secure storage of cash reserves as a team.


In addition, you will gain an overview of the diverse activities of the German Federal Bank through theoretical and practical training.

During the theoretical courses, you will deepen your knowledge in the field of central banking.

You will also complete additional practical phases at the headquarters of the German Federal Bank in Frankfurt am Main and at the main office in Hanover.


Your profile:


  • Accredited Bachelor's degree
- or equivalent degree with a focus on economics. The degree must be completed by the start date of employment at the latest.

  • Good knowledge of business relationships and interest in cash supply
  • Strong team orientation and personal responsibility, as well as flexibility
  • Structured and analytically sound way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in German
