WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • You will plan, coordinate, and prioritize the generator area in your team, ensuring a smooth production process while meeting quality goals
  • As an expert, you will assist with troubleshooting and commissioning, as well as presetting central beams and apertures, repairing service and demo equipment, and prototyping
  • You will support the creation of work and test instructions for optimized processes and facilitate knowledge transfer within the department
  • You will provide continuous feedback on production progress using production reports and monitor order processing and documentation in SAP

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Along with a technical education and technician certification, you have leadership experience and several years of experience in assembling highvoltage components
  • You have a strong knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and assembling complex products
  • You are proficient in Microsoft and SAP, as well as standard operating procedures such as process instructions, work instructions, test instructions, test protocols, schematics, and parts lists
  • You have a strong sense of cost and quality awareness, take a proactive and independent approach, and have the ability to collaborate across departments
