- Manages, plans, supports, and coordinates day-to-day project activities and requirements.
- Ensures the accomplishment of project objectives within prescribed timeframes.
- Tracks the status of projects activities to completion and assigns or completes tasks based on immediate requirement, personnel expertise, and workload.
- Collects and analyzes performance metrics and identifies ways for improvement.
- Designs and completes reports, updates, and briefing charts to present project status to leadership.
- Develops administrative and monitoring support tools, as required to perform daily operations associated with the establishment, maintenance, and oversight of projects.
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Plans and leads major assignments.
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- May supervise others.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field
