We are a medium-sized company with 1,600 employees at six locations worldwide. As a system supplier and partner to leading vehicle manufacturers, we develop individual door systems for rail and road vehicles.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Software and Electronics Pre-Development to join our headquarters in Kassel as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Technical leadership of project teams and close coordination with internal departments, external suppliers, and development partners
  • Planning and responsibility for project content, time, and costs
  • Resource planning in coordination with relevant managers
  • Active monitoring and controlling of projects, including independent reporting and escalation when necessary
  • Technical support for project teams
  • Accompaniment of the product until series launch

Your profile

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering with technical affinity, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with standards is desirable
  • Fluent in German and good command of English
