Who we are looking for

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for operational purchasing for our client, a project sponsor closely affiliated with a federal ministry, for their Berlin headquarters.

The position is initially for 6 months with the option for extension, and requires 30-39 hours/week through temporary employment.

Your responsibilities
  • Processing of orders (consumables, technology, etc.) including subsequent market research
  • Communication/correspondence with suppliers and service providers regarding product and service inquiries
  • Review and selection of offers and placement of orders
  • Coordination of deliveries and processing of delivery notes and invoices
  • Invoice control and approval
  • Handling of complaints and returns
  • Close collaboration with strategic purchasing and departments
