Your Responsibilities
- Support of our demanding studio, jeweler, and goldsmith customers via phone and email
- Personal service for our customers at our San Pedro location
- Creation of cost estimates, invoices, and delivery notes
- Handling of complaints and returns
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

- Experience in dealing with demanding customers
- Teamwork and resilience
- Proficiency in common application programs (Outlook, Word)
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
