We are currently looking for a(n) expert in payroll processing (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Ahlhorn, Schoenchen, KS.

  • Responsible for payroll processing (including time tracking) for a defined group of employees with a focus on current tax and social security laws
  • You reliably and friendly answer employee questions regarding payroll and time tracking. In addition, you are also available to provide guidance and support on topics such as partial retirement or parental leave.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education, preferably supplemented by further training as a personnel specialist or a degree in human resources
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge in the areas of pension plans and travel expenses is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor laws
  • Ideally, experience with hansalog payroll software
  • Resilience and flexibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
