Cal/OSHA is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join the Administration Unit.- Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager lI (SSM Il), in the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) in the Department of Industrial Relation's (DIR), the Office Technician (OT) performs various clerical duties to support the Administration Unit. The incumbent manages calendars, schedules meetings, orders and distributes supplies, tracks supply inventory, obtains procurement quotes, submits travel claims, maintains office equipment, prepares memorandum and other documents, updates Division rosters and employee lists, assists managers and analysts with their tracking needs, and participates in administrative projects.
