Position Summary:

  • Acts as first point of contact for all visitors
  • Greets visitors and promptly notifies internal parties of arrival
  • Answers incoming calls and directs them appropriately
  • Coordinates conference room reservations and proactively monitors schedule to avoid conflicts
  • Coordinates transportation needs for customers, including cabs and car services
  • Reserves visitor offices as needed and accommodates visitors upon arrival
  • Maintains visitor logs accurately and thoroughly
  • Ensures all visitors check in at reception immediately upon arrival for security
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality
  • Assists with department activities as needed

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation
  • Provide outstanding client service and meet high quality standards
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who can work well under supervision and be team-oriented
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

  • College Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
  • Minimum two years of experience in a professional environment
