Description
Position Summary:
- Acts as first point of contact for all visitors
- Greets visitors and promptly notifies internal parties of arrival
- Answers incoming calls and directs them appropriately
- Coordinates conference room reservations and proactively monitors schedule to avoid conflicts
- Coordinates transportation needs for customers, including cabs and car services
- Reserves visitor offices as needed and accommodates visitors upon arrival
- Maintains visitor logs accurately and thoroughly
- Ensures all visitors check in at reception immediately upon arrival for security
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality
- Assists with department activities as needed
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentation
- Provide outstanding client service and meet high quality standards
- Highly motivated, self-starter who can work well under supervision and be team-oriented
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Qualifications & Prior Experience:
- College Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Minimum two years of experience in a professional environment
