We are offering a permanent position as a Technical Employee (m/f/d) for data maintenance in building management at our location in Mount Pleasant, TX.

Your tasks:

  • Independent maintenance of master data for technical and structural equipment in SAP-PM
  • Assignment of expert and qualified inspection obligations to the master data and comparison with LBIH inspection lists
  • Participation in the creation of buildingspecific work instructions in SAP-PM
  • Entry of inspection and maintenance intervals into the master data
  • Comparison of data with the onsite inventory in cooperation with TGM employees and/or building maintenance workers
  • Acceptance, plausibility check and implementation of change requests
  • Support in TGM tenders, preparation of equipment cards and creation of evaluations

Your profile:

  • Statecertified technician or master in electrical engineering, specializing in energy and building technology, industrial technology, electrical installation or plumbing/heating/ventilation technology, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in building, property and plant operation, as well as plant installation, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, are required
  • Ideally, knowledge in related technical trades and occupational safety
  • High sense of responsibility, customer orientation, strong team spirit and independent work style
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP knowledge in the PM module is desirable
  • Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within the jurisdiction of the branch
