Administrative Coordinator
Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the President and CEO, and project management to other members of the staff.

- BA and/or BS degree with 35 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Calendar) needed with aboveaverage ability.
- Effective use of business collaboration tools; MFST Teams, Zoom
- Minimal evening and weekend availability is needed.
- Eastern Standard Time Zone preferred.
Daily Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to the President and CEO (e.g., meeting management logistics, preparing materials, recording minutes, and action items).
- Support the President and CEO on all assigned boardrelated tasks (e.g., coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings, recording minutes for quarterly BOD and Committee meetings, recording action items, etc.).
- Collaborate with Management Team to ensure meetings and presentations are executed seamlessly.
- Support any special projects as assigned (e.g., organizational dashboard, uploading content to Online Community).

$ $36.00 per hour
