At KLINIK BAVARIA Kreischa, we treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Our locations in Kreischa and Zscheckwitz offer both rehabilitation services and intensive care for critically ill patients in various medical specialties. Our focus in intensive care is on weaning patients off ventilators and treating accompanying complications such as kidney failure requiring dialysis, wound healing issues due to prolonged bed rest, and care for patients with tracheostomies and nerve damage.

Providing basic and specialized nursing care to patients, with a focus on neurology, interdisciplinary intensive care, and orthopedics/spinal cord injuries
Our patients are mostly multimorbid and some are treated with dual organ replacement, providing diverse nursing tasks for you
Assisting with weaning patients off ventilators and tracheostomies after structured training
Documenting and planning nursing care and implementing nursing diagnostic processes
Working closely with family members and caregivers
We have a culture of open communication and encourage participation in team meetings
Expanding our digitalization efforts - involving our employees in various projects
