Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Talent Acquisitions Manager, the Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling of meetings and interviews.
Enter data and manage job requisitions in Paycom ATS system.
Push applicants through Paycom ATS system and assist in gathering data for onboarding.
Work with other departments as needed
Monitor reports in Paycom, identify trends, and report back to the TA Manager
Work on special projects to support department initiatives per the direction of the TA Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

12 years experience working with Paycom ATS system preferred
12 years prior recruitment or HR experience
1 year + sourcing experience from a staffing agency preferred
Highly organized, multitasker, with excellent follow up a must
Prior administrative support experience especially scheduling a plus
Must be a team player, friendly, great attitude, who embraces Liberty's core values, mission, and brand
Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required. College experience preferred but not required.
