Position Summary:

The
Liberty Company Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced
Data Analyst with a strong background in
Power BI and
Tableau.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights.

If you thrive on analyzing complex datasets, creating data visualizations, and contributing to informed decision-making, this position is for you This is a remote role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Data Preparation: Clean, validate, and process data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.

Report Generation: Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for the Executive Team and Managing Partners.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data systems and improve existing processes.

Data Mapping and Design: Document data flows, mappings, and transformations.

System Enhancement: Review and enhance existing data systems to optimize efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.

Problem Solving: Investigate data-related issues and propose solutions.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field a plus (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.

Proficiency in
Power BI and
Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
