We are currently looking for a
Store Host (m/f/d)
part-time for our store in Moers.


What awaits you:

  • Greeting all customers and their companions, as well as ensuring they receive all necessary information about WED2B and the process of their visit
  • Registering each customer on the welcome screen according to our regulations
  • Assisting with processing ClickandCollect customers
  • Implementing and maintaining the WED2B DNA in sales and product presentation
  • Continuous training on current developments and trends in the industry
  • Promoting and building customer relationships
  • Supporting the store in achieving its sales goals and KPIs
  • If needed, assisting the bridal consultants with their tasks

What you bring:

  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • Previous experience in a role with customer contact is an advantage
  • A passion for bridal fashion and attention to detail
  • A strong sense of responsibility
  • Teamwork is not a foreign concept to you
  • Confident, wellgroomed, and empathetic appearance
  • Physical resilience
  • Good understanding of numbers and reliability
