Your work scope:

Developing, simulating, designing, and approving small and precision engineering components, assemblies, and products as part of the development of electrical actuation systems from concept to production
Analyzing specifications and customer requirements, creating internal specifications, and conducting tolerance and risk assessments
Performing calculations and simulations (such as tolerance analysis and FEM) to ensure functionality while considering product and manufacturing costs
Supporting and maintaining products in mass production (> 1 million pieces per year): implementing change requests from customers, collaborating with the development laboratory for component and product qualification, and coordinating with production plants during implementation of changes and new items
Working independently and responsibly with suppliers and development partners
Analyzing and implementing VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities, including project management and communication with suppliers, customers, production locations, and top management

University degree in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics, mechanical design, or a similar field of study, or a technician with relevant work experience
Experience in a similar role, but fresh graduates are also welcome
Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks and SolidEdge, including creating 3D
