Your new employer expects:

a completed training as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing care professional, further training as a Quality Officer in nursing, several years of professional experience in inpatient geriatric care, ensuring needs-based care and support, continuous quality assurance and development, regular quality circle work in shifts, regular implementation and evaluation of audits and nursing visits, development of concepts and standards for relevant departments, systematic monitoring and supervision of compliance with applicable legal and company-specific requirements and standards.
