    As part of our ServiceNow Solutions (SNS) team, you'll work on providing top-notch ServiceNow solutions, embodying the CDW brand visually, and adding value across our organization.



    What you will do:
    • Lead business analysis activities, service development, and practice management for a ServiceNow Business Unit Practice.
    • Establish a catalog of services for your Business Unit (BU).

    Sales Support:

    • Assist Account Executives (AEs) in creating a pipeline of opportunities.
    • Enable FSAs to scope engagements accurately and efficiently.

    Delivery Support:
    • Empower Project Services BU verticals with best practices.
    • Collaborate on delivery-related artifacts.

    Thought Leadership:

    • Develop a regular cadence with ServiceNow.
    • Capable of having executive conversations on value and business case.

    Audit:

    • Participate in Post Project Reviews (PPRs) and develop metrics to measure BU success.

    What we expect of you:
    • Over 10 years of enterprise-class planning and support experience.
    • 5+ years of consulting experience or relevant field experience.
