    About the Job:

    • Maintain and build loans and deposits, fee income, and business referrals.
    • Ensure portfolio administration and risk management compliance for each client relationship.
    • Co-manage relationships by analyzing financial data for loan requests, recommend structures, and actively manage client relationships.
    • Take charge of credit risk and portfolio quality.
    • Monitor loan repayments and client financial conditions, taking necessary actions for collections and assessing repayment ability.
    • Lead the renewal process alongside the Relationship Manager and credit department.

    Requirements:

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent education and experience Required

    Experience

    • 4-7 years of experience in Mortgage Warehouse and/or Credit Approval Required
    • 4-7 years of experience in handling complex credits Required
    • 2-4 years of Sales experience Preferred
    • 2-4 years of Formal Credit Training Preferred

    Licenses and Certifications

    • Access to reliable transportation with the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable, by start date Required
