Position:


To strengthen our team in the area of participation, we are looking for a
Facility Manager (in tandem) starting from May 1st, 2024.


The therapeutic transitional home in Lankwitz is a special form of housing for the social, medical, and vocational rehabilitation of people with mental illness, with 49 residential places.

The weekly working hours are 39.0 hours and are performed from Monday to Friday.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the facility as a dual leadership with responsibility for quality and costeffectiveness
  • Motivation, support, and development of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Convincing and competent representation of the facility internally and externally
  • Participation in the professional and conceptual development of the facility
  • Implementation, execution, and monitoring of quality management procedures in the facility
  • Building management and collaboration with external companies
  • Participation in personnel recruitment
