Your job:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you are responsible for ensuring smooth quality processes on site, from resource allocation and order management to customer invoicing.
You establish sustainable customer relationships through professional order processing, onsite presence, and support for sales activities.
You ensure reliable customer support at multiple locations.
You manage personnel deployment and provide technical leadership to employees.
You ensure compliance with occupational safety, health management, and risk assessment.

You are:

You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education.
You have completed a vocational training in a trade and/or technical field.
You have experience in dealing with customers.
You are proficient in using common measuring tools and equipment.
You have good knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
You have experience in managing employees.
You are proficient in using computer applications and office communication systems (MS Office, internet, etc.).
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
