Job Description:


The Human Resources team at SEGULA Germany is seeking a Learning and Development specialist to help drive the company's growth and foster a positive company culture.

This role will have an expanded scope of duties, in line with our guidelines.


Operational Personnel Development:

  • Propose, compile, and research training and qualification measures, and prepare training catalogs.
  • Assist with promotion, development, and appraisal meetings with managers.
  • Identify specialized courses and soft skills training opportunities, and coordinate for approval.
  • Research additional training options with external service providers, conduct initial assessments, and propose implementation with department and superiors.
  • Maintain learning platforms for specific target groups, and support the creation of learning content with functional expert teams.

Training and Learning Needs Management:

  • Gather and document training needs from departments, and maintain skills management databases.
  • Coordinate training courses with departments.
