We are a company of the Bavarian Economy Education Institute, a renowned employer with over 40 years of experience in the education and service sector.

We are currently looking for a clerk for external personnel (m/f/d) for our client in Mindelheim.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining external personnel data in SAP/HPS
  • Creating, editing, and triggering orders for external personnel
  • Maintaining a SharePoint order overview for external personnel
  • Checking service contract invoices in SAP with appropriate allocation (monitoring service volume and hourly rate for external personnel)
  • Independently clarifying incorrect billing with suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training
  • High commitment, willingness to work in a team, and sense of responsibility
  • Several years of experience in administrative work
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
