Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by working collaboratively with your team and embodying our brand values
  • Offer personalized and attentive customer service, always putting the customer first
  • Support the Store Management team in meeting individual and store sales goals
  • Assist with receiving and organizing stock in the stock room
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our brand with passion and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for our brand and embody our values
  • Focus on the customer and provide excellent customer service
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in tailoring is a plus
  • Confident in selling our products and approaching and assisting customers
