Your responsibilities:

  • Managing shifts and assigning stations
  • Accepting and coordinating reservations
  • Providing expert advice to guests on food and beverage selection
  • Ensuring smooth service operations
  • Receiving and checking waiter settlements

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy/system gastronomy, e.g. Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Specialist/Gastronomy Management
  • At least two years of experience in the gastronomy industry
  • Expertise in food and beverage knowledge
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, and enthusiasm
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Good manners, charm, and personality
