We, Richter Premium Hotelservice GmbH, are looking for an open-minded, dynamic, and motivated individual to lead and strengthen our team in Münster at a 4-star superior hotel, which will be opening in the summer of 2021.

Responsibilities:

As Executive Housekeeper (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring constant quality in all areas of accommodation and conference services, as well as in the public areas of the 4star superior hotel in Münster that we manage.
You will inspect the cleanliness in these areas and coordinate with the relevant departments.
You will ensure smooth cooperation between departments and provide optimal guest service.
You will lead your own team and train our employees with your own creative style.
You will be responsible for creating work and vacation schedules, as well as handling all administrative tasks.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor and legal regulations, as well as conduct productivity checks and adhere to the budget.

Qualifications:

You have completed a vocational training in the hotel industry and have several years of experience in housekeeping.
You have been involved in the initial organization and opening phase of a hotel, ideally having previously organized a hotel opening.
You are a friendly, openminded, and motivating leader.
You have excellent German and English skills, as well as good computer skills.
You have a strong attention to detail and a polished appearance with good manners.
